Apartment completely renovated, a stone's throw from the center, about 100 square meters on two levels and located in a very sunny and quiet area with a wide sea view over the entire Gulf of Tigullio. The apartment is located on the second floor of Villa Edoardo, and can be accessed through the staircase, or using the elevator. At the entrance a small corridor leads to the kitchen on the left, with a small terrace at the back. Continuing along the corridor and to the left, there is the bathroom with a bathtub and in front of it the first double bedroom.

On the right, instead, the living room has two windows where you can enjoy the beautiful view of Portofino. From the living room, characterized by frescoed ceilings and Venetian floors like the whole of the Villa, you can enter through a small staircase to an attic room with two single beds, if necessary double, and a small window.

Finally, the apartment has an outdoor parking space and a shared swimming pool with dressing room, and has access to the communal garden.
